Hearts Bandana

I ordered a bandana and it was available to collect within 1 working day. When I realised it was too small, I called to ask for an exchange and was immediately told that was no problem. I received a message the next day saying that the new bandana was ready and collected it just in time for Christmas. The team went above and beyond to accommodate me and I’m very grateful for that.
